An ATX computer case is a PC case that complies with the ATX (Advanced Technology Extended) computer tower specifications. This standard was introduced by Intel in 1995 and defines acceptable sizes for motherboards, desktop computer cases, and computer power supplies.
Most case manufacturers add RGB lighting to their cases, and it’s up to the users to decide whether to use it or not. Many cases featuring built-in RGB lighting strips or RGB fans come with headers to connect to the motherboard and control the lighting.
It’ll fit. You just need to Dremel out the PSU chamber wall and then mount the PSU outside your case. It won’t look that bad, depending on your tastes. Just cut the bottom of the motherboard to fit.
If you want to build a budget-friendly gaming PC, your best bet is to go with a micro-ATX motherboard. The reason being is that no components are going to have as big of an impact on your in-game performance as will your graphics card, processor, and memory.
